In the outdoor cold conditions of minus 20 degrees Celsius, there is no need to heat up the production of warm-loving vegetables such as cucumbers and tomatoes, and its energy-saving effect is at the leading level in the world. In addition, technologies such as integrated control of vegetable pests and diseases, soilless cultivation, and water-saving irrigation have also made significant progress.

    The market circulation system has been continuously improved. Since the establishment of the country's first vegetable wholesale market in Shouguang, Shandong, the construction of the vegetable market has developed rapidly. There are more than 2,000 agricultural product wholesale markets and more than 20,000 farmers' markets that operate vegetables. The market system covering urban and rural areas across the country has basically been formed. It has played an active role in promoting farmers' income and guiding production development. According to incomplete statistics, 70% of vegetables are sold through wholesale markets, 80% are sold through farmers' markets in retail links, and 15% are sold through supermarkets in large and medium-sized cities, maintaining a rapid development momentum.

   In the national vegetable production areas and the suburbs of large and medium-sized cities, establish a vegetable production information monitoring system consisting of key counties for vegetable production information monitoring, provincial data processing centers, and ministerial data processing centers to guide farmers to rationally arrange production and strengthen government regulation. Proactive and forward-looking as well as the coping ability of the main body of production. Focus on building a network information platform, configure network servers and terminal equipment, and develop production information monitoring software; carry out vegetable production information monitoring, and collect, analyze, predict and release information on the sown area, yield, market period and production area price of bulk vegetables across the country.
