According to the forecast, from noon on the 26th to the daytime on the 27th, the heavy rainfall is mainly in the central and western regions. There are heavy rains in Heze, Jining, Zaozhuang, Linyi, Jinan, Tai'an, Zibo, Weifang and Dongying, heavy rains in some areas, and moderate to heavy rains in other areas. rainstorm;

From the night of the 27th to the 29th, the heavy rainfall area moved eastward, with heavy to heavy rain in the peninsula area, and light to moderate rain in other areas, with local heavy rain or heavy rain.

The average precipitation in the whole province is 70-110 mm, and the maximum hourly precipitation is 50-90 mm. Among them, the precipitation in Heze, Jining, Zaozhuang, Linyi, Jinan, Tai'an, Zibo, Weifang and Dongying is 70-130 mm and more than 200 mm in part, and 40-60 mm in other areas and more than 100 mm in part.

From the night of the 26th to the daytime of the 27th, the southerly winds, the Bohai Sea, the Bohai Strait and the northern Yellow Sea, the 8-9 gusts, the 10-11, the 7-level gusts in the central Yellow Sea, the 8-9; Binzhou, Dongying, Jinan, Zibo, Weifang, Yantai, Weihai, Qingdao and Rizhao have 6-7 gusts, 8-9 gusts, 4-5 gusts in other areas, 7-level gusts, and 10-11 gusts during thunderstorms in strong thunderstorm areas.

The meteorological department reminded that the weather process has a wide range of influence, heavy rainfall and strong wind, and it is necessary to strengthen the prevention of floods in small and medium rivers, mountain torrents, landslides, waterlogging, strong winds, lightning and other disasters.

Disaster prevention measures

Before the thunderstorm comes, the following five aspects should be done according to local conditions to prevent the occurrence of disasters:

One is to harvest marketable vegetables in time to reduce losses;

The second is to strengthen and repair old greenhouses, plastic greenhouses and other production facilities and facilities that may be at risk in a timely manner to avoid strong winds and rainstorms from damaging the structure of the facilities and causing the facilities to collapse.

The third is to close or dismantle power facilities in dangerous areas to prevent fires and casualties in disaster weather;

The fourth is to strengthen the work of clearing ditches to ensure that the ditch system is unimpeded, to ensure that the interior, exterior and production surrounding of the park are well drained, and to respond to rainstorms at any time;

Fifth, build a high platform at the entrance, front roof or surrounding of the production facility to prevent external rainwater from pouring in, and fasten the ropes that fix the shed film, quilts and air vents in time, and close the air vents in time before strong winds and rainstorms come.

Disaster Mitigation Measures

After a disaster occurs, the majority of vegetable farmers should actively carry out self-help, restore production as soon as possible, and reduce losses. Specifically, the following measures can be taken:

1. Rescue the affected seedlings in time to ensure the rapid recovery of production seedlings.

For vegetable seedlings that have accumulated water in the nursery site, leaked rain in the shed, and the seedbed is washed by rainwater: First, drain or transfer the seedlings in time to reduce the soaking time. The nursery bases (farmers) adopting the method of raising seedlings on the ground should drain the water in time if the sheds are found to be accumulated; the seedling bases (farmers) adopting the method of intensive seedling raising in the plug trays can transfer the plug trays to the safe sheds in time. The second is to take measures to separate seedlings to improve the survival rate of vegetable seedlings. In the bases (farmers) for raising seedlings, after the accumulated water is discharged, take measures to separate seedlings as soon as possible to improve the growth environment of vegetable seedlings; for seedlings raised in plug trays, the seedlings should be poured in time, and the seedling trays should be replenished, which is convenient for centralized management and improves the survival rate of the affected vegetable seedlings.

2. Harvest the affected vegetables in time to minimize losses.

For the severely affected vegetable fields, under the premise of ensuring safety, we should organize forces to harvest the vegetables that have not been completely soaked to death as soon as possible to minimize the loss.

3. Strengthen field management, rejuvenate plants and maintain stable yield.

Timely remove the debris left in the field after disasters such as vegetable bases and parks. The lodging plants should be supported and fixed in time, and the plants that have been infected should be removed in time. Do a good job of clearing the ditch and draining the dirt, so that the fields are dry in the rain and there is no clear water in the ditch. At the same time, the following should be taken as soon as possible to promote the rejuvenated plants to maintain and stabilize production. First, water a small amount of water to reduce ground temperature and supplement root oxygen, but water should not be accumulated; second, cultivating and loosening soil in time to increase soil permeability; Transpiration on the ground can prevent wilting and promote the rapid recovery of the root system; fourth, a small amount of top dressing and spraying of foliar fertilizers can promote the rapid recovery of vegetable seedlings; fifth, timely check and replenish seedlings.

4. Do a good job in post-disaster disinfection and epidemic prevention to avoid the harm of pests and diseases again.

After the rainstorm, it is easy to cause mechanical damage to the plant, and the high temperature after the rain makes it easy to be infected by germs, resulting in the prevalence of various diseases. Therefore, after the rainstorm, the damaged and severely damaged plants should be removed in time, and the less damaged plants should be removed using agronomic techniques. In addition to rejuvenation measures, pesticides should be used to prevent pests and diseases in a timely manner. In addition, for vegetable fields after production recovery, soil and greenhouses should be disinfected, prevention and control should be strengthened, and various measures should be taken in time to prevent the spread of pests and diseases. High-efficiency pesticides should be used. Low toxicity and broad-spectrum killing effect, and it is advisable to spray before 10:00 am or after 5:00 pm on sunny days.
