It is an efficient and high-energy agricultural technology, and it is also in the development stage of widespread use in China.

Advantages of tidal irrigation

1. Irrigation is more uniform

Tidal irrigation is a way to feed fertilizer from the underside of the plant. Compared with spraying and other overhead irrigation methods, it is not easy to occur the uneven phenomenon that the plants around the seedbed get less water and fertilizer. At the same time, it can stabilize the water and air content of the root medium and avoid the death of the capillary roots due to the drought near the side and bottom of the container.

2. It is beneficial to control the occurrence of diseases

Tidal irrigation avoids a large amount of water adhering to plant leaves due to plant spray irrigation. Relative humidity is easy to control, keeping the leaf surface dry, reducing the use of chemicals and controlling the occurrence of diseases.

The nutrient solution of tidal irrigation is different from that of spray irrigation. It is a water-saving and highly efficient, completely closed system circulation, which can reach 90% utilization rate. This can save a lot of water and fertilizer, reduce production costs.

4. Promote plant growth

Compared with traditional irrigation, the plant growth rate is faster, and the seedling age per week is one day earlier than that of traditional cultivation, which improves the utilization rate of facilities. At the same time, it can avoid the production of water film on the leaf surface of plants, so that the leaves receive more light for photosynthesis, and promote the transpiration pull to absorb more nutrients from the roots.

And traditional irrigation water will fly around the facility. There is no water accumulation under the tidal irrigation bed, which is drier, so there are no weeds to grow, less fungus to breed, and a cleaner production environment.
