3. Warm vegetables

The critical temperature of growth and development of temperature-loving vegetables is generally 10~ 35℃, and the optimum temperature is 20~30℃. The resistance to low temperature is poor. Below 10℃, the growth will stop, and below 5℃, the vegetables are prone to cold damage and freeze to death. The temperature below 15℃ will not bear fruit. This category of vegetables includes jackets.

4. Heat-resistant vegetables

The critical temperature for the growth and development of heat-resistant vegetables is generally 10~ 40℃, and the optimum temperature is 25~30℃. The resistance to low temperature is very poor. The growth of this kind of vegetables needs high temperature, such vegetables include butternut squash, bitter gourd, yam, etc.
