1. System structure

Logistics cultivation system is composed of transverse wheeled transport line, longitudinal transport line, aluminum alloy seedling bed, pneumatic components, limit components, electrical control system, intelligent management software and so on. The seedbed can do transverse movement on the guide rail, the greenhouse at both ends set aside a special channel, the configuration of the seedbed longitudinal transfer device, through the pneumatic device responsible for the seedbed longitudinal transfer, the formation of a complete seedbed conveying system. No matter just completed seedling transplanting, or potted flower products on the market, can be efficiently completed through this system.

2. Operation mode

1. The roller at the bottom of the seedbed is supported by two parallel round steel pipes. The growing area is divided into zones by the seedbed line, and the seedbed is placed within each zone. When a new bed is pushed onto the rail, the previously placed bed will be pushed, and the beds can be pushed against each other.

2. The guide rail in the planting area is connected by the shrinkable hot dip galvanized steel pipe and supported by the guide rail bracket. The guide rail support is fixed on the concrete floor by expansion bolts. The height of the guide rail can be adjusted up and down.

3. The lateral movement of the seedbed is composed of multiple groups of moving line tracks. The seedbed transfer lines are connected by a number of moving line tracks. The moving line track consists of an aluminum alloy frame, legs, beams and rollers mounted on the side of the frame to support the seedbed. The aluminium alloy frame is fixed in the desired position by the aluminium alloy leg, with an aluminium alloy beam between the frame.
